The Bays provides a comprehensive cancer care and support service - from cancer screening and diagnosis through to cancer surgery, oncology treatment, follow-up and ongoing support. The Bays Healthcare operates a private dialysis service in Hastings, where we provide high quality care to patients with end stage renal failure. Our unit has an eight-patient capacity and operates 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Our dialysis service began in 1992 and was the first of its kind on the Mornington Peninsula.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer work experience placements in 2024. Our work experience program assists secondary students completing year 10, 11 or 12 by providing work experience in healthcare services in our Hospital or Aged Care. We aim to offer an understanding of the large variety of activities that combine to deliver contemporary and professional healthcare services. All student’s will be 'buddied'
