A La Carte Meats is a 100% Australian-owned company that produces the country’s highest quality meat cuts for two key markets; retailers supplying top quality fresh meat to the public, and the country’s leading foodservice restaurants, clubs, caterers and fresh meat outlets.

It was this daily first hand experience that created in business owner Geoff Atkinson an empathetic awareness that most fresh meat retailers and food service outlets were paying a premium for their meat because they could not benefit from purchasing on a large scale.

After providing quality meat cuts to the retail and food service market for many years from small boning rooms, À La Carte Meats was born in 2006 specifically to supply the best quality wholesale meat from around Australia for fresh meat retailers and the best food service businesses locally and abroad.
