Whilst we are a traditional Day Spa, we also offer an eclectic mix of alternative healing modalities including Reiki & Energetic Healings, Astrology, Tarot Readings, Mediumship, Hypnosis, Crystal Therapy and Life Coaching services.

We do things a little differently at Nature's Energy and our Bathhouse facilities offer something truly unique to the local area, providing clients with an oasis for relaxation, restoration, healing and self-care.
Our Bathhouse facilities include, a hot and cold spa, steam room and sauna and can be booked individually or added to any of of our spa services and treatments.

We proudly support Australian made and use only the very best local flora and native botanicals across our skincare and beauty ranges, as well as in our professional beauty services. All of our Nature's Energy products are lovingly hand-blended right here in Sydney.
Our range of Australian Bush Flower Essences, Aromatherapy Mists, Skincare and Essential Oils are loved and adored by our loyal clients and offer a unique point of difference for your everyday skincare rituals.

We challenge the status quo by providing self-care solutions that not only support the physical and emotional wellbeing of our clients, but also their spiritual wellbeing creating balance of mind, body and spirit and offer something special for everyone, every occasion and every budget.
