Meditation Melbourne is a local not-for-profit meditation center in Victoria state that has been uplifting the community with the powers of meditation since 2017.?

We strive to help the community to release the stress in their mind caused by the uncertainty of the times. Let's keep uplifting each other as we work together to find a solution to the problems at hand.?

By offering in person and live virtual meditation sessions, run by experienced guides, along with tailored sessions, our organization hopes to ease the psychological burden from this collective crisis.

The atmosphere is always positive and loving. We will always do our best to serve you on your meditation journey.

At first we will help you individually until you have learned the method, then you can attend group meditation.
