Dick Stone Meats is a large wholesale and food service organisation specialising in portion cut meats. Located in Regents Park Sydney, our company is Australian owned and operated and commenced operations over 100 years ago with a small butcher shop in Rockdale in 1887. The business has remained in the Stone family for six generations.

Dick Stone was a pioneer of the introduction of refrigeration within in their butcher shops. The company was also the first cattle grower to introduce grain fed beef into Australia under the banner of Oakleigh Holdings at Canowindra, in central West NSW.

The company has always remained at the forefront of innovation and technology with processing and packaging.

Overtime we developed into one of Sydney’s largest food service operators, supplying meat, poultry and game products to some of the finest restaurants, hotels, clubs and institutions.
