Hi, I'm Matt, the founder of BMC. I’ve been teaching Vedic Meditation and living, eating and breathing Vedic knowledge for the last ten years. But before I found Vedic Meditation my life was very different.

Before I was Matt Ringrose the Vedic Meditation Teacher, I was Matt Ringrose the DJ and entrepreneur.

I tried everything ... antidepressants, addiction groups, therapy, but I still wasn’t happy, my lifestyle choices were hurtling out of control and my relationships were suffering.

I grew up in England and was a professional house music dj for a long time, so as you can probably imagine I wasn’t living the healthiest lifestyle. I came to Australia 18 years ago and started a wine marketing business with some friends that became very successful. So on the surface everything was going really well.
