Deb Pepperdine and Ian Trew established the Beach Health Retreat to provide a unique, beach front wellness centre and health resort in the heart of the beautiful subtropical Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

By using healthy beach side accommodations and selected purpose, Beach Health Retreat offers one-on-one care , online marriage counselling and support to guide you through your own personal customized well-being program.

Refresh and rejuvenate with personal, residential programs for mental, emotional and physical well-being, utilizing holistic counseling, yoga, Ayurveda, massages and detox programs.

Enjoy healthy and mouth watering vegetarian food sourced from local organic and permaculture farms in the Noosa hinterland, as well as healthy herbs straight out of our own permaculture gardens.
