Load profile will be carefully assessed and preferably tested. Meteorological data and historal charging data from a comparable setup will be used to assist in the design of solar array and battery size. Customer's requirement on mechanical design, transportation, installation and maintenance will be established. A stand-alone solar solution or fully integrated solar energy management system will be designed within the design limit. Arizon manages all CAD drawings, manufacturing drawings, bill of materials and production manuals.

Arizon will manage the process of procuring high quality components from trusted supply partners. Systems will be wired and assembled at our Bayswater facility by highly skilled technicians. Production manual will be used to ensure consistency in the work delivered. Firmware update and programming will be performed if needed. Comprehensive testing on solar charge, load discharge, mechanical part will be conducted. Stickers and instruction labels will be applied.
