Amreeta Stara is a Transformational Alignment Coach, a Meditative-Hypno-Healing Practitioner and Author of the book ‘Inner Essence”. She is renowned internationally for her coaching & alignment modality that has helped many have powerful breakthroughs, healing, and transformations. She also speaks and does training at various organisations on mindfulness and empowerment to transform and create positive change internally and externally.

She applies a holistic approach integrating the elements of body, mind, emotions, and spirit to help her clients live mindfully while embodying their truth and helping them grow in all areas of life.

Amreeta, who is also an LL.B (Hons) Law graduate, has undertaken training and studies in various modalities including Hypnotherapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation Training, Reiki, Metaphysic Sciences, etc. She is currently pursuing further studies in Counselling.

Before transitioning into this career that she believes is her soul’s calling, Amreeta was in corporate law, business, and education. Amreeta is also a mom to three amazing children and two Akita fur babies.
