Hi, I'm Jasmine. I'm a passionate writer, speaker, qualified Ayurvedic practitioner and owner of A Vedic Goddess Ayurvedic Medicine & Health Clinic in Byron Bay.

I've worked with many clients through consultations, massage and therapeutic treatments to successfully bring health, wellbeing and balance to their lives. Having also continued a strong personal yoga and meditation practice for many years, I understand the importance of a holistic approach to wellbeing and work with you to find a suitable approach to your individual needs.

From a young age, I have practiced Hatha, Iyengar and Bikram yoga and have attended Vipassana meditations both in Australia and overseas. My commitment to knowledge through ancient wisdom has created opportunities to meet and study with many doctors, practitioners and healers, including meeting the Dalai Lama in 2014.

My interest in Ayurveda was sparked after travelling throughout India and experiencing first-hand the impact of these powerful routines and medicines for everyday life, not only for curing disease and sickness but for maintaining ongoing health and wellbeing. After completing Panchkarma treatments and spending time with Ayurvedic doctors in India, I returned to Australia for professional study.
